May Week Concert
A celebratory end-of-year concert, featuring various college ensembles and soloists in a programme designed to cater to all tastes
The programme will feature pieces from the sixteenth century through to the present day (in fact, some music will be hot off the press). Composers will include Monteverdi, Bach, Marcello, Dvořák, Saint-Saëns and Cole Porter. The concert will feature a wide variety of groups – orchestra, choir, trumpet ensemble, piano trio – and solos. I hope you’ll be able to support this great collective effort. It will be the first May Week Concert since 2019 in its normal format.
Admission: £10 / £4 (student) to include wine and strawberries and cream, plus wine and soft drinks; tickets on sale at the door.
